These Terms and Conditions govern all tour packages, services, and bookings offered under Rajasthan tourism packages. By booking a tour, the customer agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Booking and Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A tour is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation by the tour operator. Any verbal communication shall not be treated as final confirmation.
Payments
Guests are required to make payments as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice. Prices quoted are subject to change in case of fuel price hikes, government tax revisions, or unforeseen operational costs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy shared during booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and bank transaction fees. No refunds shall be provided for unused services, sightseeing, or early departures due to personal reasons.
Itinerary Changes
The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, political disturbances, or any unavoidable circumstances. Such changes shall not be considered a breach of contract, and no compensation will be payable for itinerary alterations.
Accommodation and Transportation
Hotels mentioned are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar-category properties if required. Check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policies. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary, and vehicle type depends on group size. Air conditioning may be switched off in hilly or restricted areas.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents such as Aadhaar card, passport, or visa where applicable. The tour operator shall not be held responsible for denial of entry due to invalid or missing documents.
Health and Safety
Guests must assess their physical fitness before undertaking the tour. The tour operator is not liable for any illness, injury, accident, or loss during the journey. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Liability Disclaimer
The tour operator acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays, natural calamities, strikes, theft, loss of baggage, or any circumstances beyond control.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
