At Rajasthan Tourism, we strive to provide our guests with memorable travel experiences and transparent services. However, we understand that travel plans may sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-friendly while covering operational commitments made in advance.
Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. The cancellation date will be considered as the date on which the request is received by Rajasthan Tourism.
The following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the tour start date:
- More than 30 days before departure:
10% of the total tour cost will be deducted as administrative charges. - 21 to 30 days before departure:
25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. - 11 to 20 days before departure:
50% of the total tour cost will be charged. - 6 to 10 days before departure:
75% of the total tour cost will be charged. - Less than 5 days before departure or no-show:
100% of the tour cost will be charged. No refund will be applicable.
Cancellation Due to Special Services
For bookings involving special arrangements such as luxury hotels, heritage properties, houseboats, desert camps, train tickets, or air tickets, the cancellation policy of the respective service provider will apply. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting actual charges levied by hotels, airlines, or transport providers.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after receiving the written cancellation request and confirmation of applicable refunds from service providers. Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable.
Please note that processing charges, bank charges, and service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation or Changes by Rajasthan Tourism
In rare situations where Rajasthan Tourism is required to cancel or modify a tour due to natural calamities, government restrictions, political disturbances, or unavoidable operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative tour, rescheduling option, or applicable refund after deducting incurred expenses. Rajasthan Tourism will not be responsible for additional expenses such as flight changes or personal losses.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departures.
- Refund policies may vary for customized or group tours.
- Guests are advised to read all terms carefully before confirming their booking.
By confirming a booking with Rajasthan Tourism, guests acknowledge and accept the above Cancellation & Refund Policy.
