Day 1: Arrival in Jammu

Upon arrival at Jammu Railway Station or Airport, you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel. Jammu, known as the “City of Temples,” offers a peaceful start to the pilgrimage. After check-in, relax and acclimatize. If time permits, visit local temples or markets. Overnight stay in Jammu.


Day 2: Jammu – Katra

After breakfast, drive to Katra, the base camp for the holy Vaishno Devi Shrine. On arrival, check in to your hotel and complete the yatra registration formalities. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, preparing physically and mentally for the pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Katra.


Day 3: Vaishno Devi Darshan

Early morning, begin the trek to Vaishno Devi Temple, one of the most revered shrines in India. Pilgrims may trek on foot or opt for ponies, palkis, or helicopter services (subject to availability). After darshan, return to Katra by evening. Overnight stay in Katra.


Day 4: Katra – Srinagar

After breakfast, depart for Srinagar, the capital of Jammu & Kashmir, via a scenic drive through mountains and valleys. On arrival, check in to your hotel or houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake, witnessing the charm of floating gardens and houseboats. Overnight stay in Srinagar.


Day 5: Srinagar – Sonmarg

Proceed to Sonmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush meadows, Sonmarg is the gateway to the Amarnath Yatra. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and rest to acclimatize to the altitude. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.


Day 6: Sonmarg – Baltal – Amarnath Cave – Baltal

Early morning, drive to Baltal, the starting point for the shorter but steeper Amarnath trek. From Baltal, begin the trek to the Amarnath Cave (approximately 14 km one way). Pilgrims can also opt for pony or helicopter services. Upon reaching the holy cave, perform darshan of the ice lingam and experience the divine atmosphere. After darshan, return to Baltal. Overnight stay in Baltal.


Day 7: Baltal – Pahalgam

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, one of the most beautiful hill stations in Kashmir. Known for its lush valleys, rivers, and pine forests, Pahalgam offers a peaceful retreat after the yatra. Check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.


Day 8: Pahalgam Sightseeing

Explore the scenic beauty of Pahalgam with visits to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (subject to local permissions). Enjoy the natural surroundings and fresh mountain air. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.


Day 9: Pahalgam – Gulmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, the “Meadow of Flowers.” Enjoy breathtaking views, lush meadows, and a ride on the famous Gulmarg Gondola, one of the highest cable cars in the world. Later, return to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.


Day 10: Srinagar Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. The tour concludes with cherished spiritual memories and unforgettable views of Kashmir’s natural beauty.
